Premium grade. Low salt, Ikura/Caviar is extracted from wild Spring/King Salmon sustainably line-caught at BC. Similar to caviar that is often seen as a delicacy in the West, and is fairly high in sodium. These colorful fish eggs are rich in protein, a substantial source of Omega-3, and they also provide a good amount of Vitamin D, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium & Iron. Product of Canada.
