If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your delivery. Depending on the circumstances and when appropriate, we will either replace the product(s) you ordered or issue you a refund.
Once we confirm your delivery schedule, please ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery when it arrives. We will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed due to missed delivery, or theft from your premises. Should this occur, no refund will be issued.
