Cook from frozen only. Conventional Oven. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Add ½ tsp vegetable oil on a non-stick tray. Place battered fillets in a single layer. Bake on middle oven rack for 18 to 21 minutes or until fish are golden and crispy. Turn half-way.
