1. How Secure is your site?

Our site and all the forms are served across protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. This is the same level of protection used by online banking or other e-commerce providers. Submissions are encrypted with high-grade RSA 2048 right at user's computer then transferred and stored in our servers securely. We don't keep any payment information as everything securely done by Shopify.

 

2. How can I pay for my order?

You can select Interac as your payment method in the checkout and send the payments to payment@afishcompany.com (You are required to pay at least 50% of your payment before your scheduled delivery date - we will get in touch with you) or you can simply pay with your Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card. You need to pay full at the time you submit order.

 

3. Which cities you deliver?

Most of the cities and district municipalities in Metro Vancouver. Cities included Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Delta, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, City of North Vancouver, Port Moody, City of Langley, White Rock and Pitt Meadows. We also cover district municipalities Township of Langley, District of North Vancouver and West Vancouver. In Fraser Valley we also deliver to Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack.

 

4. What are the delivery charges?

We deliver FREE within Metro Vancouver for orders over $150 CAD and for Abbotsford, Mission & Chilliwack orders over $350 CAD. If the order is less than $150 for Metro Vancouver we charge $10 and for Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack we charge $20 as a delivery charge and will be added to your total order amount.

 

5. When will my order be delivered?

We deliver Tuesday and Friday every week. Normally we do not offer same day delivery.

 

6. Is there any way I can get my order on the same day?

It depends on when we receive your order. In some cases, you may receive your delivery on the same day you place the order. Our cutoff time is 3 PM. If you place an order after that time, you can always request same-day delivery. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, it depends on driver availability and our delivery schedule for that day. However, if we receive an order after 5 PM, it will be delivered the next day at the latest, as our warehouse closes at 6 PM.

 

7. How do I know when I will receive the delivery?

After getting the order, one of our sales team member will be in touch with you to set a schedule for delivery. On the day of the delivery the drivers will also update you their ETA and you also get notified by Shopify either by text or email (depending on what you've provided).
